We are currently in dispute with this company after they delivered a wet mix for our ground floor extension that failed to set properly to eventually crumble into large holes. After waiting over a period of months and despite accepting responsibility and digging the floor up. They dumped the rubble on our patio and wiped their hands off the situation. Making it very clear they couldn't care less for all the distress they had caused us. We have sincehad to pay again via a much more reputable company and are now seeking compensation via the legal route. Even a one star is to generous Do not buy of this company their customer and after sales service is appalling
