VCL has been operating for 27 years and are the largest, independently owned, contract manufacturer in the UK. We are committed to the highest standards of product quality, with confirmation of our formulas being provided by independent laboratory testing. Our procedures are audited four times each year to ensure that we maintain our services to the highest standards. Testing of raw materials is carried out, on our behalf, by independent laboratories to ensure the materials for our products meet required specifications. The Company’s quality control management systems meet the exacting standards of ISO 9001, BRC, GMP and Halal. We also have experience with WADA approved and HFL certified products. The manufacturing and packing lines are managed with an advanced air filtration system and a continuous programme of deep cleaning and sanitisation. As part of this growth over the last few years we have invested heavily in nutritional and regulatory expertise; this has allow us to provide a higher level of support and advice in all aspects of the company. We are also fully equipped to supply labelled sample sachets with our state-of-the-art sachet production facilities.
